A new day.
I'm alone, but not lonely.
I was at a party and caught up with some wonderful people last night.
I had a few drinks, but didn't over do it because driving home.
I've been quite productive this morning, I've done a bunch of housework and have organised for my teenager to come home.
There are worse ways to start a year, worse ways to start a day.
I'm not quite at peace, though I see my path a bit more clearly.
