Mental healthy and not
i've taken the step of deactivating my fb account.
i was checking it maybe once a day. now that i've deactivated it? i'm feeling the need to go there.
*ugh*
i hope that feeling stops soon.
i didn't delete my account, just in case i want to go back. i'm just having the FOMO on what's happening.
life doesn't happen online (they type into their online blog).
today is a rest day and hanging out with my potateen & cats.
i am feeling energised and creative after my weekend away. i've been making things and plan to go out into the garden later today.

I had such a good time at Laravale! I counted and I think I was touched by another human being like, twice. TWICE. It was gorgeous. Though not gunna lie, I slept like a boulder in my own bed.

I found that dropping fb out of my life was remarkably freeing, once I got over the hump of 'what now'. I hope you hit that point soon.

i'm definitely taking a comfortor/blanket/bedtopper next time we go...those beds were something else.

it's such a habitual thing to do. and it's where all the events get organised/updated.
i'm probably just doing the anxiety dance over changing habits
